Dr. Johan Blondelle works in the DG R&I, unit C.2 Future Urban & Mobility Systems, where he is working on the Battery Partnership under Horizon Europe. Holding a PhD in opto-electronics, he joined the Commission 15 years ago, and has since been contributing to the creation and extension of different partnerships in the transport and energy sectors.
