Accommodation

Participants of R-Zinc have the possibility to book rooms with preferential rates at the Thon Hotel EU by using this link: https://www.thonhotels.com/event/everzinc/

Avicenne Battery Tutorial and visit of EverZinc NL (May 3^rd):

• For the participants of the Avicenne Battery Tutorial, a bus will be organized from Brussels - Rue de la Loi 75, 1040 Bruxelles (Thon Hotel EU) – and will leave at 09:00am sharp. 
• For the participants of the visit and the dinner, a bus will be organized from Brussels - Rue de la Loi 75, 1040 Bruxelles (Thon Hotel EU) – and will leave at 12:30pm sharp. 

Important: the bus from Brussels to Eijsden will only be accessible to the participants who registered to the full conference. Other attendees will have access to the main parking, but will not be allowed to attend the visit of the plant. 

R-Zinc Dinner (May 3^rd - Brussels Grand-Place)

The R-Zinc dinner will take place at Grand Place 19, 1000 Bruxelles. 

Conference Venue (May 4^th)

The venue for this conference is La Maison du Bois, Avenue des Volontaires 2, 1040 Etterbeek. 

It is easy to access by tram or metro and a private parking will be available at Boulevard du Triomphe 4,  1040 Brussels.

Registration

Registration for the main conference starts at 8.30am, with the conference scheduled to start at 9:00am sharp. Please collect your delegate badge and conference literature from the desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout the day.
