Kinga Timaru-Kast is Director for Public Affairs & Communications at RECHARGE - The Advanced Rechargeable & Lithium Batteries Association. She holds a Masters degree in Polticial Sciences, and studied in Mainz, Germany and Strasbourg, France. She started her public affairs and communications career in Brussels at SolarPower Europe in 2006 where she stayed nine years, and has worked also at EuroCommerce, Grayling PA Brussels and EUFORES (a parliamentary network promoting renewables and energy efficney policies) before joining RECHARGE in 2021. At RECHARGE she is running the PA related workstreams, with a focus on the Batteries Regulation, and the communication activities of the association.
